we aim to make yoga accessible to those new to yoga,and offer beginning hatha yoga and pain-free backs classes to accommodate all levels of fitness
our vinyasa and ashtanga classes are available to students of all levels of fitness and offer a more challenging series of postures to develop and refine strength, balance and agility
what starts out as impossible, with daily practice becomes possible; we show images of advanced yoga practitioners as inspiration! we don't expect students to enter any pose until a firm foundation has been developed and progress unfolds organically, at each individual's natural pace

Vinyasa vinyasa offers a continuous stream of postures focusing on coordination of movement with the breath and internal forms of the practice; classes move at a steady pace causing deep internal heat, enhancing concentration, relaxing the mind and strengthening the muscular and nervous systems; vinyasa classes are set to an energetic backdrop of global fusion music . . . prepare to sweat
